Salt

Salt

This afternoon I studied the properties of salt, which I consume daily and habitually. Previously, somehow did not really think about this product of his diet. All is customary: a large salt for cooking, rock salt only for ambassadors-raznosolov and "it is better to take iodized salt and with a lower sodium content."
So, in the store, salt and sea are available for me. I was surprised to learn that my usual table salt after industrial processing does not contain any useful elements! They were in it when, before heating ...
The fact is that table salt is obtained from a stone, heated to 650 Celsius. Because of this heating, the nutritional properties of rock salt are destroyed and in general all of its chemistry is changing.
In exchange, some chemistry is added to the salt to prevent clumping, iodine (white refined sugar goes to stabilize it), plus aluminum derivatives are also present in table salt.
Sea salt is unrefined (I used to think that only oil can be such).
Sea salt pleasantly pleased with the chemical composition. It contains natural traces of other minerals, including iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc and iodine.
Therefore, I decided to switch to a more healthy sea salt. For cooking everyday dishes and "dosing", of course. For billets, the cook, and the stone ...
