Legal risks of Russian bloggers

The factor of legislative changes that will be introduced in the Russian Federation in the autumn of Cr is the so-called “Runet”.
There are two points of view about him, how exactly the law-enforcement practice will be. One point of view, I call myself "protective", and the second "substitute." Two looks among the pros, and that's fine.

The new law on contempt of the government amends Article 20.1 of the Code on Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Petty hooliganism”) and the Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information”).

According to these changes, if materials are found on the information resource, “intended for an unlimited circle of people, expressing in disreputable form a clear disrespect for society, the state, official state symbols of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Russian Federation and authorities exercising state power in the Russian Federation”, then such a resource will be blocked by Roskomnadzor.

For citizens who distribute such materials, administrative responsibility is provided for: a fine of 30 to 100 thousand rubles. for the first violation, a fine of 100 to 200 thousand rubles. or administrative arrest up to 15 days - for repeated violation. And with further violations of the fine will increase even more: from 200 to 300 thousand rubles. or arrest up to 15 days.

Add the inevitable factor of possible unfair competition between blockchains and targeted stuffing "sub-article" posts.

Based on the above, the fate of ALL unmoderated sites in the Russian Federation looks .... somewhat vague.
