This should have been the case 2 days back but I couldn't check this out earlier than today. I was staying away from DeFi just because the calculations and concepts were not very friendly. But today I did spend some time reading about all these things and wanted to give it a try.
Considering DeFi is not my thing, I almost sold the CUB tokens that were airdropped to me. I noticed that there were still tokens in the market that was not filled by anyone. I canceled the order and took them back to my HE wallet. From there, I started exploring to find out how to get started with this DeFi thing. Honestly, I did not find it amusing to understand what this is all about and even though I have successfully started farming, there are still grey areas for me. I guess those things would gradually become understandable as I keep learning about this DeFi.
I initially thought that it would be sufficient if I get inside this farming with just the airdropped CUB tokens. Then later when I started reading more about this and saw many people investing here like crazy, I wanted to get inside with a big bag. I pooled around 500$ which is huge money for me and bought CUB tokens with half of it and staked them inside the Den.
I then targeted CUB-BUSD LP and wanted to do some farming as well along with staking. When I entered, the APR was around 2038% and as time goes, it is slowing coming down. One biggest rule here is that early birds would get a lot of prey. But actually, there is no rule. These are just emotions shared by many people. I should have been here 2 days back to grab more from this but it is never too late. If I go to leofinance, I see a lot of people talking about CUB and that's one good motivation to join the club.
It is also so relaxing to watch the passive income coming by my side. One of the biggest reasons why I wanted to give it a try even though I did not understand this was because Leofinance is involved and this is their project. They have already brought the price of LEO tokens over 1$ in the last few days and it is already at its all-time high price. So, I strongly believe that this will also not disappoint their investors. I'm sure all the early investors on LEO are reaping so much profit today. There are people who bought LEO for a few cents and today selling it for a good profit at 1$.
I'm sure there will be many people entering LEO at 1$ and would wait for the price to become 5$ or even more than that and make some good profit out of it. Though I'm still a newbie to these DeFi and farming things, I'm really optimistic about the future and I wish my 500$ grows to a decent value so that I can at least take my investment back and leave the rest for compounding.
