Apart from just trading the assets, these days blockchain games provide enormous earning opportunities to the players. This is one of the biggest reasons why modern games are being built on blockchains instead of keeping them simple web2 games. People get the opportunity to trade their NFTs with other players and games like splinterlands offer a play2earn facility where people get rewards for spending their time playing games.
