The guy in Jerrys head went for a cup of coffee and he made a bad decision. They then talk about a baby eating corn beef hash. George then says he should wear a bedding band to get women.
Kramer gives a spare ring to George. The neighbors are arguing about the size of their sponge. Jerry walks out in the hall. The neighbors tell Jerry his friend cant have the apartment unless Elaine pays $5000 for the down payment.
Jerry walks into his apartment and tells George how excited he is about Elaine not getting the apartment. It is part of a divine plan. The world is not just chaos. George says he lies everyday. Elaine shows up very excited. Every breathe is a gift from sweet life. Jerry tells Elaine about the $5000. Elaine doesnt have $5000 and is very unhappy. Kramer shows up - Jerry, lend her the $5000. Whats $5000 between friends. Kramer is excited about the idea. Jerry is upset with Kramer when Elaine walks out. Jerry doesnt want Elaine in the building. Kramer is confused. Jerry explains that as a human being - he doesnt want his exgirlfriend in the same building. Elain will take the apartment with glee.
Elaine is having an apartment warming party. Jerry is the hero. George starts to lie about being married. Jerry starts talking to Elaines friend. George continues to lie about being married. Joanne and Stan show up - everyone is excited. George continues to lie about being married - a woman tells George too bad - I like bald men with glasses.
Elaine thinks that living in the same building might cramp. Jerry is ok with it - reluctantly.
