Mōrena everyone, a long time between posts. Last week was a busy one as I stepped up to a temporary management position. It was an interesting experience, one that I may look at in the future but also a bit fake as the role was not really mine. I still had to ensure that my current duties were being carried out properly, while performing some parts of the management position. I was glad when the week was over. Still it's always good to look at the other side, as we always complain about management and how things could be 'better' until you see what they do and how they are constrained by external forces.
