Mōrena everyone, gosh it has been a while since I posted, and a lot has happened in my neck of the world. I won't bore you with details but one interesting thing was the snows that occurred, we are mid way through spring and a cold snap whipped up the country bringing snow to many places, including areas that don't normally see it even in winter time. Also heavy frosts to other areas, we lost a lot of young produce on our fruit trees because of it.

Another exciting event was a steam train ride, to celebrate 50 years of the heritage steam company they organised a trip through the area I live in. It was a great time with the family, space to chill and socialise with no pressures, all wrapped up in the magic of steam travel.

I hope you all have been able to create memories over the last few weeks.
