Mōrena everyone, I trust you all had a lovely weekend. I spend Saturday morning with the family picking Blueberries to freeze. We ended up with over 11kg's of them. Hopefully that will last out the year, looking forward to blueberry muffins and milkshakes with blueberry in them. In some ways this makes up for the poor performance of our peach tree this year - too much wind and all the young fruit was knocked off. Hanging out for our feijoas though, it looks like we will get a bumper crop of them. I enjoy being able to grow our own fruit, in some way it helps in sustainability - trees for carbon recycling and not having to buy things that are trucked around the planet. I would love to do more but I am not a very good gardner, all veges I plant die or go to seed.
Anyway, I hope you all have a great day, and week ahead, have fun and take care.
