A walk through the Partnachklamm gorge

In southern Bavaria, very close to the town Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Austrian border, in the Reintal valley, we find the spectacular Partnachklamm gorge. It is a gorge 700 meters long and 80 deep, easily traversable through tunnels carved out of the rock, from which you can appreciate the strength and roar of the white waters of the Partnach river as it crosses the gorge, as well as enjoy of the vertical stone walls on either side of the landscape.
For those who visit the city of Munich, they cannot miss the opportunity to make this visit. The price of the tickets is € 5 adults and € 3 children. The summer months can be quite crowded by tourists visiting the area. It is recommended to bring a raincoat, since water constantly drains down the walls.

I invite you to click on the following link, so that you can recreate the walk through this impressive gorge

Graseck 4, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
