What up my Peeps? Welcome to the @D00k13 Digest! Doing up a freestyle vlog response to a comment from @wandrnrose7 about my recent "Focus & Energy". This video I try make the relation between focus & organization and how they self feed resulting in building momentum and energy.
Using the tools available to all of us is key. I use reminders for simple things that way my mind can be free of those scheduling thoughts. Cycling projects so I can take chunks out of projects while still being about to complete something else maintaining the momentum and focus. Largely the more organized I can make every aspect of creation the more focused I can be at completing the tasks. The more I complete tasks the better I feel about the whole thing, feeling as if on right path relative to efficiency, resulting in a positive energy being installed into the entire process.
Just wanting to take a moment and acknowledge the thought your(@Wandrnrose7) comment left me with, the little reflection needed to realize I am progressing despite setbacks. Thank you my dear 😘
