My Blockchain Coffee "Shebang"
We have all known one of those guys, the bum, the leech, the mooch. Doesn’t matter what walk of life you are from they exist everywhere. You would think by their motivations that they are from poverty but often this is not the case as handouts of wealth can have the same effect on someone’s psychology as no wealth at all. Simply it becomes a means to fulfill a desire and nothing more. This may seem very near sighted but in all honesty watching people piss away their fortunes while I struggle to build one has exposed the consumerist nature of our society.
Many people have talked about the way the world is right now with everyone needing to have the newest most flashy thing to consume their potential interest and distract from inflating devaluations. Many have also spoken about the need or lack there of for these constant distractions. As I see it people need something to direct their focus at not things to own, “something” I suggest cannot be a thing we intend to simply own. I own my car, my clothes, my chair, my devices but not a single ones of these “things” to which I own are capable of holding my attention as without a little assistance it’s just not the same.
Those leeches I first mentioned are the people whom seem to be comfortable giving their entire self to something without assistance. Often accomplishing nothing but have you ever allowed a single concept or idea to completely fill your being only to have things suddenly make sense? Every single time I sit down to smoke a joint this is the experience I have. Like the tap of creativity turned on and the trickle of thoughts from my brain slowly works its way down into my extremities. Seemingly random ideas coming together, the entire shebang flows...
