✨These energies affect everyone differently, and even if it is challenging, there is a lesson in there to help you.

⛈️Since approx. June 29, Mercury Retrograde, I have been dealing with one health issue after another: sinuses, migraine, exhaustion.  And During this RESTING phase, I've been doing a lot of reflecting, especially about the astrology that is happening right now (Baribault basket etc.)

🎯This energy we are in is about shifting, and overcoming the challenges, (personally and collectively).
Integrating wisdom and LESSONS we have learned, in order to find new ways/ invent new ways of moving forwards, in an authentic way. (again, on a personal level and a collective level)

For myself taking care of my health is a big part of this and being more authentic (sharing in a more personal way. I'm still figuring this out😅) and communication!!! (those are both huge one for me).
