Change in itself is more constant because it brings opportunities.So we are not fearful to change;rather we look it with open minds. A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty,said Winston Churchill. In martial arts there is a saying, “what’s hard dies, what’s soft lives.”

      Would it be a better decision to change everything all at once;then my answer is in "NO",because it's outcome might be; overwhelming and discouragement.Last but not the least,i fold my discussion with this; by the mile it’s a trial … by the yard it’s hard … but by the inch it’s a cinch.Good things take time,says John Wooden.
