Dzisiaj całe spektrum ptaków odwiedziło dział karmienia
The last two days have been a weather horror, and it has been a very difficult time for the weak little birds. The force of the wind was enormous and broke many trees in the park, and there was heavy rain.
Ostatnie dwa dni były horrorem pogodowym, i dla słabych małych ptaków było to bardzo trudny okres. Siła wiatru było ogromna i połamała wiele drzew w parku, a do tego padał intensywny deszcz.
Therefore, most of the birds did not show up for feeding at all, apparently they were using the stored supplies.
Dlatego też większość ptaków w ogóle nie pojawiała się na karmienie, najwyraźniej korzystały ze zgromadzonych zapasów.
Today, however, the conditions improved so much that the hungry animals came out of hiding, and it was difficult to keep away from their hungry winged friends.
Dzisiaj jednak warunki się poprawiły na tyle, że wygłodzone zwierzaki wyszły z ukrycia, trudno było się opędzić od wygłodzonych skrzydlatych przyjaciół.
However, I was prepared for it, and I took more food than usual, and quite a variety of it. There were also nuts, corn and sunflower seeds. Something good for everyone.
Niemniej byłem na to przygotowany, i zabrałem więcej pokarmu niż zwykle, i to dość zróżnicowanego. Nie zabrakło orzechów, kukurydzy i słonecznika. Dla każdego coś dobrego.
Of course, it wasn't without arguments. It was clear that the birds were stressed and hungry. They fought for every piece of nut, chasing each other away.
Oczywiście nie odbyło się bez awantur. Widać było wyraźnie, że ptaki były zestresowane i wygłodzone. Walczyły o każdy kawałek orzecha, wzajemnie się przeganiając.
Today I couldn't reconcile them all, there were simply too many of them. I think I'll have to prepare even more food for tomorrow.
Dzisiaj nie byłem w stanie wszystkich pogodzić, było ich po prostu zbyt dużo. Na jutro chyba będę musiał przygotować jeszcze większą ilość pokarmu.
