Prawdopodobnie przygotowują się już do zimy, bo brzuszki syte i opierzone. Dodatkowo przylatują w miejsce karmienia innych ptaków, dość pokaźną grupą.
They feel safe there because there are dense wild rose bushes nearby, which have plenty of thorns, and larger predators have nowhere to look there.
Czują się tam bezpiecznie, bo w pobliżu są gęste krzaki dzikiej róży, której kolców nie brakuje i większy drapieżnik nie ma tam czego szukać.
It happened, however, that a bird called a Sparrowhawk flew in there like an arrow. It looked like a projectile flying into the bushes. Fortunately, the birds quickly realized it and fled into the thicket.
Zdarzyło się jednak, że wpadł tam jak strzała ptak o nazwie Krogulec. Wyglądał niczym pocisk wpadający w krzaki. Na szczęście ptaki szybko się zorientowały i uciekły w gęstwinę.
For now, the whole team of sparrows is doing very well, they fly in every day to be fed. Of course, there are also some wars, because the next ones are tits and nuthatches, which I managed to train a bit. They are already eating from my hand
Póki co, cała drużyna wróbelków ma się bardzo dobrze, przylatuje codziennie na karmienie. Oczywiście nie obywa się bez wojenek, bo w kolejce są również sikorki i kowaliki, które udało mi się lekko wytresować. Jedzą już z ręki.
