Marx is one of our more daring political artists, while Bernard is totally anonymous and never tells his viewpoint. We can deduce from his artwork a few things; Marx is not interested in PC culture and perhaps looks at the world though a lens of totally free speech. In his work I AM HATE a list of names is laid out some modern and some historic. The names come from both sides of the political spectrum and include those people who Marx sees are dissented and, in a way, totally integral to the development of society.

Names like AOC alongside Alex jones paint a picture of someone who has no side but think that all view point should be listened too. The work is called in am hate as a reference to the current culture of labelling anyone who tries to form a view point other than the narrative a hateful person.
The messaging is clear at first glance the work talks of hate just like the media but look closer and do your own research and the hate narrative is turned on its head. This is when we discover that hate is the new word for Dissident and we should all be worried about that.

“All works that I sell have unlimited prints and you can even print them off and sell the physical prints just be sure to credit me. If you buy one of my works you can do with it anything you wish other than uploading it online as a crypto collectable .” – Bernard Marx
