Today I'd like to share with you some of the views I have in front of me when I go for a walk.

I take pictures mainly because I'd like to turn them into paintings as soon as I have some free time, but for now I enjoy them as photos and I hope they're nice to see for you too and can give you a good idea of the beautiful place I live in.

I love walking in the countryside alone, letting my thoughts flow and enjoying the sounds and smells of nature. I'm lucky enough to leave near these beautiful places, in northern Italy, just between the Alps and the sea, in the plain called Pianura Padana.

This is the best part of the year to enjoy these places: green trees and golden fields are all around me.

This is the river Ticino, one of the big rivers in northern Italy, and near my place it joins the even bigger river Po, that flows down to the Adriatic sea.

I also like the "scary" places around me, I love visiting nearby forests at dusk, when the light begins to fade and every sound is more menacing than during the day.
