ChatGBT, Gemini, and Grok: Who will reign supreme in artificial intelligence in 2025?
Imagine three virtual brains sitting around a table, each with its own unique map of knowledge. ChatGBT types nonstop, Grok connects dots at lightning speed, and Gemini arranges its thoughts with the precision of a jeweler crafting precious stones.
What makes this intelligent encounter even more fascinating is that these brains are constantly evolving. Every week, new features and tools emerge, making them more capable of understanding, assisting, and even dazzling us.
But is one model superior to the others? Is there one you can rely on daily? After extensive testing of these three brains, we'll delve into their features, strengths, and key differences to reveal which one truly stands out in the world of modern artificial intelligence.
Features and Subscription Plans for Each Smart Assistant
It's natural to wonder what each assistant actually offers. While ChatGBT, Gemini, and Grok share many capabilities, each has a different range of features, plans, and pricing.
GPT Chat.

The free version provides access to the smart GPT-4.1 mini model, with limited access to the multimedia GPT-4o model, along with tools such as deep search, audio mode, file uploading, and the ability to create custom GPTs.
However, the $20/month Plus plan expands these limitations, adding features like creating projects to organize conversations, limited access to the Sora video creator, and the new GPT Chat Proxy feature.
The $200/month Pro plan offers unlimited access to all models, expanded Sora features, and early access to new features.
With the release of GPT-5 last August, the model has become even more refined, making it an excellent option for professionals.
Gemini.

The free version provides access to Gemini 2.5 Flash with limited access to Pro 2.5, along with Google Imagen 4 image generation.
It also includes Gemini Live audio mode, Gems creation, and supporting tools like Whisk for image animation and AI-powered Notebook LM for writing.
A Google AI Pro subscription expands these features, granting broader access to DeepSearch 2.5 and Veo 3 for video editing via Flow.
For Google AI Ultra, it adds full access to View3 and Project Mariner for intelligent web browsing, enhancing system integration.
Grok.
The free version provides access to the Grok 3 model, with the Aurora image generator and the Grok AI chatbot to assist with search, writing, and everyday tasks. It also offers a unique experience with anime-style virtual characters.
Upgrading to the SuperGrok plan for $30 per month gives users access to the Grok 4 model, which includes voice mode, camera vision, and the Imagine image and video generator.
SuperGrok Heavy, costing $300 per month, offers the more powerful Grok 4 Heavy model, with more memory, greater information processing capacity, and access to upcoming features.
Performance and Experience Comparison
Web Search
With the rise of AI-powered search, the ability of smart assistants to find information quickly and clearly is becoming increasingly apparent. To test this, I asked the models All three provided me with a list of the latest gaming laptops released in 2025, including specifications and prices. I left it a bit vague by not specifying exactly what kind of details I wanted.
ChatGBT offered a comprehensive list featuring top models like the Razer Blade 16 and the MSI Vector HX AI 16, with a well-organized breakdown of key specifications, including processor, graphics card, memory and storage, and screen size, along with pricing and budget options. The results were clear and easy to compare.
Groc focused on in-depth technical details, such as battery life, connectivity ports, and performance in actual games based on benchmark tests. The information was accurate and comprehensive, but relatively long and complex.
Gemini presented a list with general specifications and approximate prices, highlighting configuration options and performance levels. The details were less detailed than the others, but clearer and easier to navigate.
According to the experience, "ChatGBT" and "Groc" are the strongest in terms of search experience, while "Gemini" provided a simpler and lighter experience.
