I have written before, however, that I probably was able to take a picture of the last butterfly in this year, as I became less likely to meet them. However, I was wrong! During last Sunday's walk, I was able to photograph four butterflies sitting on a yellow inflorescence of plant called Ambrosia (it is worth mentioning that the massive flowering of Ambrosia causes allergic attacks in many people sensitive to it). In addition, there were still bees on this inflorescence, but I could not photograph them from close range because I was afraid of scaring the butterflies. These were butterflies Peacock Eye (which is a wonderful name, isn't it, on their wings and indeed there is a pattern that resembles the eyes). I have not yet been able to take a picture of this kind this year so I was just happy during this walk!
