Today I will be talking about the cryptocurrency known as Wownero. It is a token on the Monero network. I find that the more I learn about this crypto the more I like it. I originally found an app that would allow me to cloud mine Wow on Google Play.

Now this app is a pay app. You cannot use it unless you pay money. I was curious about this little known crypto so I decided to spend $10 USD for a month and see what it was about. For all you serious crypto people I do not recommend going so cheap on the hashrate. I have been mining for about 2 weeks now and just crossed my first full token a couple days ago. The app I listed above will only allow me to withdraw once I have mined a total of 10.

I have looked up the price of Wownero and according to www.google.com it has had a week high of 0.049 and a week low of 0.03904. So my $10 cost of mining for only a month has been a slight rip off. I was incredibly surprised to find out that Wownero is not as valuable as even Tron. I understand the electricity costs to run a mining rig. I just wish I had not taken such a blind jump in the task. Yes I think I will invest in some Wownero but I will not recommend mining it. At least not in this stage. If you disagree with my assessment the app has several more higher paying speeds you can buy. They’re about the same with mining apps. You can buy an $80 one. I think there’s a higher speed that costs more than a $100. I am sorry but I do not remember the exact costs or speeds.

My biggest problem with the app is the withdrawal limit. For the price of Wownero I should be able to withdraw before I hit 10. If I pay money to mine then I wanna hit my limit and be able to withdraw at least once. I don’t care if it’s at the very end of the mining period. I at least got something for my money. If I play the stock market and buy stock there’s a chance the stock takes a nosedive. Yes I’ll have lost money but I’ll still have the stock itself in case it rebounds. It’s the chance you take for buying stock. Now if I take my two week average of just 1 Wownero token it’ll take me 5 months at $10 a month to earn what I can withdraw. Now let’s say I hit withdraw at a good day and the price breaks $0.05 when I withdraw I will have spent $50 to make 50 cents. I don’t know what my chances are that it will go up in price just like the stock market.

If I believe Wownero will rise in price like I think it will eventually happen. My best advice is to buy it now while the token is so cheap. If I take the $50 it would take me to mine only 10 tokens I can simply buy 1,000 tokens. Plus if I keep my account open hopefully, if the price ever rises above $5, I can still login and finish up where I left off.

Now the WOW token has a website www.wownero.org. I love this website. The developer of the site brags about the privacy of the WOW token. Saying literally “Evade taxes, meme, and bribe public officials with complete anonymity”. With a remark like this you utterly know they value your privacy. The developer states that now you can own your own bank on your phone. Now I like to do online banking and I gotta admit this statement has me intrigued.

I also wanna state that the app has posted that you will so much money to mine and what you end up with might not equal the amount you receive. So it’s not like they’re actually trying to rip people off. They have costs they have to cover to provide people who want to mine. Electricity is not cheap. Plus if I was doing something like this I would wanna make a little money for setting everything up. I can’t blame the app maker for the prices he/she charges because they’re competitive for cloud mining it’s the product itself that I find lacking. If Wownero were only worth let’s say $4 a token I would totally support it because it doesn’t have far to go to become profitable.
