It may seem like we have a good start to a decline in the German index, but it is worth looking from the perspective of the trend. On the painting I have marked the place of the support that has not been knocked out. Additionally, the price continues to trend in the upward channel creating higher lows and highs. Maybe the highs are not higher, but also the lows have not been broken, therefore the trend continues. The place marked with an "X" shows where I will start switching to the short position. Until then, my intention is to follow the trend on the signals. In the event of a support and channel breakout, the first range will be the largest correction in the trend move, also known as Over Balance (OB).
