Yesterday the German stock index showed a beautiful trend. Getting to the bottom line of the canal was quite intense. However, what caught my attention was the lack of volume at the low price. The volume only appeared at the breakout, which was a positive factor, but not as expected. Now you can see that Asia is struggling to return to the canal. From the time interval M1 and M5 you can see the uptrend starting, which may be a positive impulse to re-enter the channel. Today I will try to use both signals from long positions if price returns to the channel and short positions if price remains beyond the channel. The correction was not as big as I expected, so I take these two options into account. At the same time, I know that each subsequent correction is proportionally smaller, so maybe this one is a mathematical consequence of previous corrections in the current trend.
