So, in an era when the world has ceased to be black and white, and the understandable division into good and evil has completely disappeared, it has become very difficult to filter information. The head is spinning only from some concepts: truth, objectivity, truth, reality,
post-truth.
The most striking example in the world history of post-truth is the rise to power of Hitler in democratic Germany. When, after the First World War and the consequences of the American Great Depression, a crisis began in the country, many were unhappy and, in particular, stated that they could win the war and, in general, everything that
was with them - this is a betrayal. Hitler supported these ideas and developed such thoughts with populist and anti-Semitic speeches, blaming all the troubles of Germany
on the Jews. We know about the consequences.
In the era of post-truth, it becomes incredibly difficult to define the truth. And with the advent of the Internet and social networks in our lives, content generation algorithms are adjusted in such a way that they pay attention to personal preferences, and in the information struggle we unconsciously choose one of the parties, forgetting about the existence of the other. And if we don't connect critical
thinking, then with a high degree of probability our further feed will be filled with only information that corresponds to our principles and preferences. But here the main question is brewing: how to live in this world? The only chance not to get confused -
understand what is happening, work with reliable sources of information and be able, after analyzing them, to form their own point of view.
If you try to find synonyms for the word “original source”, then you can easily make sure that there are not so many of them and all of them only partially reveal the meaning of this term. The lexemes closest in meaning are: source, root cause, beginning, origin.
The primary source of information is an extremely important element of public life, especially in the conditions of instantaneous dissemination of any information. In the process of transmission, for various reasons, information is subjected to certain distortions and conjectures, like a child's game of a damaged telephone, which often leads to a change in meaning to the opposite. In this case, distortions can be introduced absolutely
consciously. And such actions are the basis of propaganda, the purpose of which is to create an appropriate public opinion regarding certain events. Therefore, people who want to have real information about reality,
it is imperative in any case to seek and find the primary source of the information that has appeared. Even in cases where the information occasion is covered with a veil of artificial sacredness.

In the 21st century, the pace of information technology development has shifted towards media activities and information exchange processes. The modern information flow is a constant feed of messages, which mixes news, advertising, useful content, and propaganda. As a result, what happens in a certain space reaches us in a matter of seconds. Usually, we are not always focused on whether the information we receive or transmit is correct or not. Bursts of fakes and any other false information, as a rule, begin against the backdrop of a disturbing topic that creates fertile ground for them.

Why is such information dangerous?

director of the company, and this information was thought out and deliberately organized.
Viral information cannot be ignored, and the best way to counter it is to find the truth / original source / evaluate the information for virality.
Some of the false information is quite difficult to recognize at first glance - as in the example above with Vinci. Analytical tools for identifying disinformation have recently been developed quite widely. There is
