In the 20th century, artificial intelligence has been one of the main themes of fantasy stories and books. In 2020, people no longer notice how AI systems are used in everyday life. Whether they are engaged in reading mail or watching movies in Kinopoisk. Artificial intelligence systems occupy areas from voice assistants to medicine and space exploration.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a software package that is able to reproduce human skills: to plan, solve problems, give advice, as well as learn and improve their work in the process of performing tasks. For example, music recommendation services that learn your preferences and "throw" similar music can be called a kind of artificial intelligence.
Human thinking is based on brain neurons, and AI thinking is based on neural networks. They allow systems to learn new skills in much the same way that humans do.

The use of artificial intelligence in work allows not only to automate any process, but also to customize it in accordance with the specific task of a person, department or production. The work of AI becomes more efficient over time due to constant learning - the more the neural network knows the details and needs, the better it functions.
Initially, many assumed that AI would only be able to translate texts, recognize objects, and capture the meaning of human speech. But by 2020, the list of skills has expanded so much that listing it would take more than one page. The current AI is present in many areas of our lives - on the Internet, medicine, business and even transport.

In the 21st century, the pace of information technology development has shifted towards media activities and information exchange processes. The modern information flow is a constant feed of messages that mixes news, advertising, useful content, and propaganda. As a result, what happens in a certain space reaches us in a matter of seconds. Usually, we are not always focused on whether the information we receive or transmit is correct or not.
Today, the Internet is the most popular source of information. This is understandable - searching the net takes less time than reading reference literature, and even more so visiting the library, watching newspapers and television programs.
Post-truth is the Word of the Year 2016 by Oxford University Press. Post-truth is a situation in which public opinion is more strongly influenced not by facts, but by an appeal to the feelings and personal beliefs of people. In the era of post-truth, fake news is becoming the main tool for manipulating public opinion. In order not to fall for the bait of these manipulations, a person must be able to navigate the information flow and distinguish truthful texts from deliberately false ones.

Exorde is a web3 protocol that allows developers to collect and link all public data on the web. This protocol collects all possible information from articles, videos, audio, social networks, in a word from all places where there is at least some minimal data. And at the output we get data that connects all similar facts. Thus, the goal of the project is to find the original source of viral information in its original form, before this information becomes viral. And then the person himself decides whether to trust the information received or not.
At the heart of Exorde, one of the components is artificial intelligence, aimed at working with unstructured text. AI will be able to recognize objects in the text, extract sentences, facts, compare them with each other and perform similarity checks.
Target Audience

Exorde as a knowledge network can use the unstructured content of the Internet and perform a first-of-its-kind analysis of the virality of information circulating throughout the network. This core potential will be used and developed to provide services and products to various customers and users:

1) Financial Analysts: Exorde virality analysis can help financial analysts and investors in various markets make more informed decisions. Practice shows that on the basis of knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis it is impossible to make unequivocal investment decisions. Since the market is significantly influenced not only by financial indicators and analytical indicators, but also by changes in the political situation and inaccessible information. Disinformation plays an important role in the markets and can lead to severe, fast and irreversible economic consequences for the actors involved. Spreading false information, such as messages on forums, blogs or in the media, that talk about the outstanding financial performance of a particular company, about lucrative long-term contracts or about the upcoming increase in its dividends (or vice versa) is market manipulation. And this falls under administrative and even criminal liability for organizers of these activities. Why? Because it undermines confidence in the exchange, corporations: investors begin to doubt the fairness of transactions and stop investing their money - as a result, this greatly complicates the further development of financial markets, which affects investors themselves, companies, and the state economy as a whole.
Exorde will be able to offer services that allow its users to gain additional knowledge, context and details about who is spreading the information they consume, especially if it is viral and has recently been in circulation.

2) Data services for corporations and political parties: Exorde can help you better understand how information is distributed, how various topics that interest them develop in society, track moods around any important topic at a given day and hour. For example, politicians can monitor the mood around their election campaign, analyze the spread of disinformation in the media and the media. Among other things, the apparatus of the applicant can use the protocol to analyze the disinformation of his opponent. Organizations can also use Exorde data to combat disinformation at its source, to find out how many organizations are involved in the transmission of viral information (for example, to make strategic decisions).
3) Media platforms: The author or editor of any media / media resource must check the information in texts, videos and pictures. This is done by someone who cares not only about the quality of the presentation of information, but also the trust of site visitors and professional reputation. If people find out that they have been lied to, the resource on which this publication is posted, even if it is just an online store, will be less trusted. And in the media, fake news often leads to a complete loss of reputation.

Online news is very often characterized by unverified facts and a lack of originality, making it even more difficult to fight against it. Misinformation spreads amazingly fast. And there are many examples of rumors that have caused a public commotion, which increases social disunity and reduces the level of civic solidarity.

In addition, the publication of fake news can bring good income to the owners of dubious resources. Which is illegal. During the 2016 US presidential race, about 150 English-language sites supporting Donald Trump were registered in the small Macedonian town of Veles. Resources daily published many fake messages about the presidential candidate, as they were in demand among the audience. News about Trump has proven to be the most profitable way to generate traffic.

It turns out that disinformation can be created and disseminated to achieve various goals: to entertain the audience, increase traffic, achieve political or competitive advantages, discriminate against certain groups of people, draw attention to an individual or company, fraudulently take money or property of users, damage information stored on user computers. At the same time, the audience is often unable to separate real news from fake news due to the low level of media literacy.

The prospects for using Exorde are the widest. Along with financial organizations, it seems to me that interest in Exorde should be shown in the media space, in particular, by news agencies, commercial enterprises, government agencies, such as law enforcement. Timely detection of false information will reduce reputational risks and avoid many economic problems.
