The Changes Happening Today

With the advent of the Bitcoin, the first decentralized cryptocurrency was established and many of his kind would soon follow to appear in the world. As of today, we can see new coins and tokens flood the market with almost daily new appearances, each representing an idea, a real world solution, a believe or a vision.

The new decentralized way of holding money has been understood by most of the people now. With ever growing acceptance, it is soaking up more and more of the capital that was preciously bound in other markets, growing in importance every day.

Cryptos are very easy to obtain, presenting very low entry barriers for new participants of the market and enabling literally everyone to participate in this new age gold rush of bitcoin, ethereum, altcoins and and co.

And it's not just the acquisition, also the creation of a coin itself has been made fairly easy to achieve, enabling anybody with a strong determination to build his own coin.

But let's focus on the question at hand. Will the power of cryptocurrencies change the world we live in nowadays? The answer is a yes, since it already has. The important question to ask would be, how far can cryptocurrencies impact our everyday life in the future?

While many real world solutions are created right now and are running on the different existing blockchains build to platform their purposes, there are also some more questionable candidates on the coin lists, running for different reasons, going from pure wealth acquisition driven concepts, protocols or plans like SAFEMOON to representatives of currencies used in virtual worlds and games like MANA in Decentraland and last but not least culminating in really bizarre ideas and goals like firing Elon Musk from it's CEO post at Tesla that the $STOPELON and it's protocol pursues.

I would like to specially focus on this last extreme example to contemplate the possibility the new cryptocurrencies offer to the world. As long as your imagination allows it, anything seems to be possible in this new world. In the end, if you can create altcoins at will and they are accessible to anyone, the only thing that would stop you from achieving the goal is to move enough people to take sides with your cause.

But Firing Elon Musk From His Own Company? Is That Even Feasible?

Probably not. Where there is money, there is possibility, that should never be forgotten, but the target and ambitions behind the $STOPELON protocol are very hard to reach and it would need a lot of peoples wealth and support to achieve this goal. It would also come down to how many people want to harm Elon Musk personally and how much hatred towards him is accumulated in society. So as long as Musk doesn't do something really grave to trigger this hard feelings towards him and move the masses towards this hatred driven goal, he will be safe.
That in mind, every bad move from him in the future will be pure publicity for the $STOPELON movement though, which in itself could at some point threaten Elon to some degree. This makes me personally feel a little satisfied, since it is an interesting way to put a leash on powerful individuals and stops them from doing whatever they want.

Last, but not least, it feels important to mention that at the end of the day, money means power. And the more you have, the more things you can do with it. Other projects might spring up with different ideas and goals for accomplishment, like charity projects or fundings for NGO's. Maybe even the the crazy idea to buy enough land to build a new country called the Cryptoland can be accomplished!

The versatility of the coins open many ways to use them and we will surely see a lot of changes happen through their constantly growing acceptance and usage. With the possibility to use them as a means of crowdfunding like in the case of $STOPELON for example, many goals can be achieved that an individual would never even dream of tackling on their own.
