Been a great growing season so far. Have been juicing most of it and feeling great. We have organic celery, swiss chard, onion, kale, carrots, beets, lettuce, tomato's, spaghetti squash, egg plant, blue berries, black berries, raspberries, cucumber and zucchini squash. Juicing organic greens was partially responsible for me getting off of insulin. All my doctors said this was impossible. Have not had any type of flu or other malady since I started to green juice. I cleaned out my body eliminating sugar and toxic food, drank a lot of clean water and added extra plant derived minerals. Had no idea prior how nutrient deficient and dehydrated my body was. There is nothing like pulling food from your garden and juicing it right away. The taste and quality is outstanding compared to the grocery store.
This year I used copper pyramids, orgone pyramids and crystals to start my seeds. We have been getting a descent amount of rain as well. I am not providing medical advice, just sharing what worked for me. For those interested in learning more about health and healing check out the links below.
