Who am I? It seems a easy to answer this question, but in these days of so much confinement I have had more time than usual to be with myself, and I have realized that I really do not know myself as much as I thought, I was so busy doing everything that I have to do that I did not have time to realize how little I know myself.

But of course I know what I like and what I don't, but I'm always busy doing what I have to that there is very little, but very little time left to do what I really want, and this does not mean that I feel sad about that because by doing what I have to do, I also feel satisfied, not as I would like, but the satisfaction of achievement comes from providing for those who depend on me.

The highest priority in life for most people today is doing to have, doing and having is what matters, and being is in the background since it is not a priority, more important is the new phone or a bigger TV or new tires for the car.

Because all this situation, that is really atypical, I have reflected a lot on this and yoga and meditation have helped me, but now I only need to get into a habit to obtain true good results, we must take care of ourselves so relationships with others people could be nicer and more pleasant.

I share this because I know that in this life nothing happens by chance, although when it seems like that, and I know that for at least one person this writing will be usefull, and because of that it will make sense all this that I write, I only write as it comes, as my inner self tells me, as it should be.

Let's try to know ourselves  to find the correct order of life.

1 to be.

2 to do.

3 to have

This is the order that brings us closer to peace and self-knowledge and therefore to harmony with our environment.
