I honestly think MRHB would benefit society at large because they would start to understand the psyche of a muslim. Mostly because it incorporate the shariah. Most countries or states would only have to face judgment from maybe the state, the country, neighbors etc. While a muslim would have to face those as well as GOD and there own conscience. To believe that if they live there life on a righteous path. Divine intervention would have them living the best life possible. While if they live there life in the opposite I will call it Divine punishment. The being wealthy side of MRHB is okay.
