It's been a while since I posted here on Publish0x.
However, it is my duty to do so. A few months ago I shared with you here my referral code for SocialGood (SG), a platform that guarantees cashback (in the form of SG Cryptocurrency) if you make purchases at selected shops. A very popular system these days, but usually not with such advantageous figures for us as users. On SocialGood happens to have, perhaps for limited periods, cashback up to 200%.
Today something very unpleasant happened to me and I am writing this post to prevent other people from running into the same situation.
Their system for withdrawing our cashback is rather complicated and requires that for what is called a 'regular withdraw' certain rules must be adhered to (one of which is, for example, that a purchase of at least $50 must be made in the previous 30 days). The percentage that can be withdrawn with this method is variable and depends on various factors (how many purchases we have made, for example). Well, I have more than $2500 of SG and I've respected the rules in order to be able to withdraw. So today I said: I'll withdraw this good fortune.
Result: I can withdraw $3.99 (about half is consumed in withdrawal fees).
Obviously I wrote about it in the official discord channel.
I only received an automatic reply to the first question. When I pointed out that the withdrawable percentage for me was less than 1% of my assets, they deleted my posts and blocked me for 24h.

You can see that they are also very very fast in deleting my comments (about 5 seconds since I've posted them).

 
Have you ever experienced something like that?
Is it possible to start a legal action against them?
