KAMINO FINANCE is what I would like to talk about today.
Firstly I was told about Kamino a rather long time ago, but I was very wary of Defi then, so I looked at it and did nothing, but it was one of those things that stayed in my head and I kept thinking about it. Eventually I decided I had to do some research to decide if Kamino was as good as I was told. Well it is and I love it. Always do your own research!
So what exactly is Kamino finance?
Kamino is a concentrated liquidity manager for Solana DEX's it automatically sets, rebalances and auto-compounds liquidity positions, although there is also an option for you to create your own vault and strategies.
Each position has a strategy that is clearly explained. There are tracker with reset and fixed range amongst others. (more coming soon)
But wait! there is more.....
BORROW/LEND
You supply an asset as collateral eg.Sol then borrow eg.USDT then buy another asset with the borrowed funds eg.more SOL. This is all very simple 1 click. Kamino will show you the 'health rate' of your loan on the dashboard.
LONG/SHORT
This is where you can use leverage with minimal fees, just the basic lend borrow fee.
MULTIPLY
Again this is a 1 click vault that will enable you to leverage your exposure to yield bearing assets.

This is a very comprehensive document of all the assets available and displays the risks associated. This is continually updating.
The main dashboard is really good and clearly shows all your positions clearly in one place, everything is so easy to do with one click, you can even just supply one token and Kamino does the rest. The liquidity levels for each of the pairs are clearly shown and growing by the day, as are the pairs available.
You can earn from providing liquidity as well as earning from the value of your tokens going up.
You can earn points for a confirmed airdrop of $KMNO tokens, and your points per day can be boosted by performing different actions. (Borrowing USDT could give you a boost).
All in all I have found Kamino Finance to be simple to use, easy to understand and great to earn some yield. The community is active and Kamino has a lot of helpful information to help you understand everything they offer.
