I thought long and hard about writing todays post, partly because some of you will think 'how stupid is this girl really' but to be true to what I am doing in documenting my crypto journey, I can't leave something out just because looking at it now, a couple of months later it looks like a bad move!

In our defence we invested in this when the price of our Helium token was plummeting and it would be fair to say, panic sold some tokens. I have never liked this project as it is everything I said I did not want to invest in, it is ponzi, it is inflationary and the founders are those that use silly pictures instead of their actuall picture, but in Hordes defence it has been going for quite a long time and it was doing everything it said it would.

So for those of you that don't know what Horde is in a nutshell (because this is most definately not a recommendation!)

An Uber will cost $1500 and last 330 days, a plot will cost $1000 and lasts for 300 days, Soul stones cost $500 and will last for 250 days and a rune costs $100 and lasts for 200 days and you will recieve 1% daily on your investment BUT that has changed now and as soon as you make a withdrawal you go down to 0.5% per day but your runway gets extended.  

Horde have their liquidity manager that is supposed to keep the tokens between a set price, they have sold this L.M to other protocols as a way to earn revenue, one of those being Liquid Capital although Horde did say that L.C did not use it properly.

The Horde team will say this is all fine and a good way to extend the project, to me it screams we are running out of money. Luckily we have been taking profits from this one (see I am learning!) and we have withdrawn over 50% of our initial investment and Just hoping now that it lasts long enough to fully recover our inital and maybe even some profit! We are now taking out the maximum daily withdrawal ammount and have done for a few days.

Well I started this post last night and today the contract has been paused, there will be some sort of AMA in the next couple of days where they will pick and choose which questions the Horde team would like to answer. 

For now it is a case of wait and see.........not the first time I have written that lately.
