Just a quick update on the Helium migration to Solana which has now taken place. As with all things Helium there has been and no doubt, will be more glitches!
Firstly the wallet has been behaving really badly, it glitches when you try to put your password in and none of the buttons seem to do anything! It is updated so we will have to wait and see.
I have received my airdrop of IOT tokens from Helium. I have 40591.287385, I am supposedly then able to swap these IOT tokens for HNT. It is a mystery currently how many HNT my IOT tokens can be redeemed for but looking at the amount of numbers after the decimal point, I am guessing it won't be great!
I was lucky enough to also receive some SOL in the airdrop 0.0013908 or $0.02. Nice one, thank's Helium.
Since migrating I have earnt 0, well nothing is showing up anyway but it looks like that is the case for many after a brief look on Reddit. Helium has had a long time to prepare for this move, I wrote about it in September 2022 they also had a working group to make sure there were no glitches!
It is not at it's worst!
I know, it is not my most cheerful and optimistic post, but it just about sums up how I feel with Helium!
