I have had a look at another DePin project today called Natix. Natix is in fact another mapping project that you can use with your mobile phone, then aim to use the data you contribute to enhance the driving experience by offering navigation assistance, speed trap alerts, parking availability and more.

NATIX Network opted for a smartphone approach over hardware to reduce the initial investment required and avoid the supply chain issues and logistic challenges that a lot of other DePin projects had. (Helium miners ended up taking months!)

The data produced by this camera network needs to be collected and made available to buyers in an easy way. NATIX Map Interface is designed for enterprise Data Consumers, enabling them to subscribe and consume real-time data captured by NATIX’s internet of cameras.

The aims of the Natix network

Incentivize people for providing data andholding the token (staking) as well as using the Natix token as an in app currency you can use as a membership token to buy premium features and to use in their marketplace as well as access to community airdrops.

NATIX Network is a blockchain protocol that relies on a network of nodes that curate data generation, validation, and exchange, so $NATIX would be utilized to reward these nodes. 

To have a DAO. The Natix network will eventually allow you to vote on decisions as long as you have staked your Natix.

There is a detector that validates that the data you are providing is real and accurate to reduce the amount of bad data received. They then hope to sell the data that has been depersonalised with their AI system to provide the rewards.

The breakdown of the token allocation

Token supply: The total supply of the $NATIX Token is 100 billion.

Much with the other mapping projects, you would probably need to do quite a lot of mileage and different routes to make this worthwhile, as I tend to do very little mileage and go to the same places all the time, this is probably not going to be for me. But if you drive a lot it could be of interest to you as with the mobile phone version you have no outlay. (There are plans for a drone version) The app is available on Google play and Apple store.
