Growing on Publish0x

By I-HODL | A Crypto Journey | 4 Feb 2022

Guys, so I've been posting on Publish0x since September 2021, and today I count 355 of you as my followers, thanks for the support! And today's post is really to encourage any new writer who is starting on this platform and seeking to build a following. To you guys I'd simply say, keep at it. Consistency is everything. Here's what I did.

Schedule Posts

Publish0x allows you to post, on average, two articles every 24 hours. Now, if you think you're up to it, you can write to the team and seek permission to submit articles. They'll evaluate your platform, the quality of your writing, the substance of your articles, and they'll get back to you.

But, if you can't do more than two articles, then that's fine, set up a roster, identify topics you would like to cover, plan your articles, jot down outlines, and at scheduled times every day, write and release your two posts. The more content you can put out, the more your work is likely to be presented to readers using the site, the better your chances of getting a tip and of boosting your income throughout the month.

Of course, it goes without saying:

  • Use different headings
  • Use pullout quotes
  • Highlight or bold important sentences
  • Use images, and
  • Use bullet points

You know, break up the monotony a bit, right?

Provide Quality Content

Listen guys, there's always something new in the world of crypto, always some fresh development, a new trend- NFTs, DeFi, the Metaverse; a recent launch;  a major price shift; regulatory changes; or even challenges in the industry: rug pulls, scams.

Cryptocurrency is young and exciting, guys, there are so many things to talk about.

Only, be sure to write well-researched, quality pieces, and always, always, always cite your sources.

Engage with Others

From time to time, other writers or readers will comment under your post. Try to acknowledge and engage with them as much as possible. It mightn't always be possible to respond to every single comment under a post, but to try to get to as much as you can. Read their thoughts and comment, be respectful and show that you care for their conversation. And always remember to thank them for taking the time to drop by.

Similarly, don't just respond to comments under your posts, take the time to visit other writers as well. Read, learn, and give them feedback. I think this is something I like most about Publish0x, it is really a place where you can learn from each other, share tips, advice, and get tipped for it, too. Now, just to be clear, you do not get tipped for commenting under a post, but the networking is nice, right? And guys, be nice. If you read content and you like it, please tip the writer. I mean, you are tipping someone and it isn't coming from your funds. In fact, you actually get tipped for tipping someone else, how sweet is that, right? So every time you tip someone, your income grows. All the more reason to log in every day and read up on fresh content, right?

Participate in Contests

I haven't participated in any contests to date, to be honest, so I can't say much about this one, but I have heard that this also offers an opportunity to rake in some dough. Maybe I might have more to share on this in the future, we'll see.

My Experience

Listen, without Publish0x and me being motivated to read up on crypto, research, assimilate stuff and write about it, I'd be like the cat below.

Just another meme

No, seriously. So, however you look at it, my experience here has been great, I'm telling ya. And this is not just me schmoozing up to anyone for an extra tip, it's the truth.

Look, I've grown to 355 followers posting here, which is really good for my ego- thank y'all- and this is despite taking a break on the platform due to some unforeseen issues I had to attend to near the end of the year. For a clearer look at my participation here, I posted consistently in September and October, took a break in November, December and January, and returned to post at the end of January, and here we are today.

So yeah, great way to earn crypto, great way to learn about crypto, and a great way to exchange ideas too.

But that's my experience. What's yours been like? Have you been able to grow? Have the articles online helped to influence your investing or trading strategies? Did you learn about any new projects on here? Have you been able to gather a decent nest of coins? Lemme know!

I'm off again, guys, today was reflective Friday for me, as you can see. Now to return to my quest to burrow for coins and projects. I see prices overall are trending up today, so let's see what's behind it. Maybe I can come back to you with another story, who knows?

I'm off for now, guys. But please remember, there's still a pandemic going on, so be safe! And until the next one, arrivederci!

Navigating the ebbs and flows of crypto trading, and writing about it.

A Crypto Journey
A Crypto Journey

There's nothing more exhilarating than navigating the ebbs and flows of crypto trading. I have sea legs today, but truth be told, I've been lost at sea more than I care to remember and I have weathered quite a few storms as a trader. But the crypto-verse has also rewarded my resilience, and so after every dip, I get right back to sailing in pursuit of me buried treasure. I love this digital evolution and am proud to be a part of it. These are the tales of a crypto adventure!
