Introduction

Hi there, today I will be sharing with you some tactics on how to grow your account, any account, this includes, Instagram, Youtube, Publish0x, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, you name it, whichever social or business platform you use, these techniques will come handy if done with consistency. I'm Soberchino and I've been learning how to network with members on Web3 since 2021. Since then I've worked with projects and connected with communities on the Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Cardano network, and I continue looking forward in doing so.

Find A Niche

Before you become an internet figure or "Influencer" you need to know what you will be promoting, no one likes a grasshopper or someone that doesn't stick to a topic, someone that keeps changing the subject (Unless you know enough information to tell people about it) start with 1 topic and get popular once you grow your name then you can spread out your venue for more people to find you. This could be anything, Crypto, A Public Figure, Entertainer, Technology, Religion, Politics, Games

First Step: Find A Topic And Stick With It

Find An Active Community

It's one thing to find a community or lets say project but it's a gem to find an active community, one where the members don't keep changing every few weeks and one that keeps growing, in doing so, you will learn if this community shares the same values as yourself if they have the same goals and priorities, when you find a community where you can work as a team, that's when it starts to get fun, this includes, engaging with their posts, commenting and liking and sharing and DM them (without over doing it, some people don't like doing this) but it's nice when people receive compliments from time to time about what they do, it's like a confidence booster. It's not necessary but you might even make life long friends. Remember, dream work makes the team work!

Pick A Field And Focus

Now It's one thing joining an active community and doing lots of things so your name can be heard, right, right!? Haha.

No, that's the path to burnout, believe me you can get burnout working on web3, screentime tires your brain and eyes so remember to take regular breaks, get your daily exercise and drink plenty of water.

Pick a field or path on how you will be helping this community/project and stick with that, remember being "consistent" isn't as hard as it may seem, start small, take baby steps and before you know it you have an army of followers that keep engaging with you on WEB3.

Examples of what you can do to help build up productivity in the community, firstly find out what they have going on, what are their community members doing, which social platforms are they on etc.

Then, depending on your skills and experience you can decide how your help will bring value to the table and stick with that, at first it'll be hard if you're lucky you'll find those hardcore community members that'll support anything in the community as long as it has to do with whatever they're investing in or interested in (keep in mind this isn't specifically for crypto these rules apply in all fields, even offline in the real world).

So, what can you offer the community, Video's? Blogs? Animations? Coding? Marketing? Gaming ETC. Whatever comes to your mind, you can literally do anything as it's all at the base of your fingertips but whatever you do, be consistent.

The next thing you can do is find out where the community is strong and where they are lacking, for example, do they have high demand on Twitter but not so much on TikTok? If you're good at making reels and video edits you can run a video account for them and to spice things up you may even be offered to run Instagram and YouTube, it all depends on how you go about things, how affective your strategies are how well you connect with the community how well keep it together even when times get a little gloomy.

Now, here's something that you might not hear so often especially when starting out as it's is a very competitive field but if you find the right crowd you may even get paid to do these gigs, you will receive rewards once you prove yourself to be honest and trustworthy and if you do manage to find this, please do not let go!

Meet The Team

Let's say you found an awesome crowd and you want to sit at the table with the boys, you want the insiders so you know where the group is heading, this is also psychology to get you to feel more confident in what you're doing because hey, every once in a while there might be VC's and you might be called up if you're an active community member, what will you be able to say if you can give the community a straight answer? Incase you don't know what voice calls are or AMA's it's like a little presentation to give to the community over the internet, instead of everyone rocking up to a hall or hangout everyone is either at home, in their car or on their break at work listening to you through, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch, you name it! The other good thing about getting to the team is so you know their background, that'll tell you a lot about the individuals that you'll be vouching for or working with, oh and if you do get the chance in meeting them and they see you are a stand up guy and do keep your word they may even put you on the team. No promises, I'm sharing tactics that I've been using over the past 4 years (at the current time of writing this article) which have helped me.

Be Consistent

This is actually harder than it seems I've been writing this since the start of the article but life can get in the way, you may have lost a job that was paying you well and have to find a new job plus a part time gig to help support your families needs, maybe you ended up moving locations maybe even moved overseas to a whole new world, new culture new language, but being consistent is the key to success in anything you do, it's not talent that wins but consistency, talent is the icing on the cake!
