With a heavy heart I write this post. I had a busy day yesterday and things got away from me. After 63 consecutive days logging into Shake Pay and shaking my phone to receive sats, I miss a day. My Shake streak has died. Press F in chat to pay respect.
I had built my streak up to more than 300 sats per day, but due to my carelessness I am back down to 50. As Chris Martin once sang, "we're going back to the start".
If you are on your Shaker journey, I hope you never experience this feeling. But I will persevere. I will rebuild, and I will overcome. Fortunately, a fellow shaker has built a website that helps lay a lost shake streak to rest.
This site lets you enter in the day you lost your streak and it tells you how many Sats you need to pruchase to make it seem like you never missed a day.They dub the sats purchased to replace a broken streak #SwearSats. I lost my streak after the 65th day.
To right the wrong I have committed and make myself whole I have to make a direct purchase of 50380 Sats. I ended up buying 0.00050493 BTC directly on the market.
I will now embark on my second quest to shake my phone 1,000 days in a row. I hope I don't have to buy #SwearingSats ever again.
