1 BTC Project - Alfa Pro part 2. (it's a waste of time)

In May of 2023 I wrote an introductory blog post about an app called Alfa Pro. This app presented as Bitcoin miner. I did not give it a star rating at that time because I was waiting to make a withdrawal. I don't like passing a judgement until the crypto hits a wallet

On the 4th of July, 2023 I wrote an entry in my Site123 page that Alfa Pro has stalled. On that day, there was 0.0101723 BTC in the mining app.

I checked on the 17th of July, 2023 - 2 weeks later and the amount had upticked slightly to 0.0102155 BTC

A week late on the 24th of July, 2023 the counter is still at 0.0102155 BTC.

I do not know the math behind the slow down but it does not help how sketchy this app is. I will not be making a withdrawal. If this earn rate was published and explained to be chunky at the bebinging I would maybe risk it. On top of all the sketchiness and lack of maintenance that this app has demonstrated this next piece is the cherry on top.

A paid account is necessary to make a withdrawal. This screams pyramid scheme. But I stand to withdraw a tenth of a Bitcoin so why not? Especially when the paid account would cost me the equivalent of 0.000034 BTC.

When I click through to pay the price changes to $81.35 CAD. Even with the conversion rate from USD to CAD the price should only be $40 maximum with a very unfair conversion rate.

This app is far too sketchy for me to even want to attempt a paid withdrawal, and I have pretty high tolerance for sketchy behavior if its a good deal. This one is dead on the vine.

I give Alfa Pro 0 out of 5 stars. I cannot confirm that it is a scam because I never allowed them the please of scamming me. If you have made a withdrawal from this app I would love to see the transaction history. I some how doubt that anyone (except the devs) have made money from Alfa Pro.
