FreeBitco.in is a great faucet that has been around and paying for awhile. They have a couple ways that you can earn satoshi. The main way that I use is their faucet. You get 0.00000026 satoshi every hour plus 2 raffle tickets. I don't typically play their Hi-Lo game, although once in a while I have a little fun with it. You're raffle tickets (lottery tickets) are automatically put toward their weekly lottery. You can also buy tickets if you want to, though I never do. My main point of being on any faucet is to earn money from nothing to then take and put toward making more money. With FreeBitco.in you also earn Reward Points which you can convert into satoshi once you have 100,000 of them. You earn around 2 Reward Points each time you use their faucet.
The referral program is one of the best ones I've seen. They give you as a referrer 50% of your referral's base prize everytime they collect from the faucet. Their faucet has a 1 hour time limit on it. So currently everyone can make up to 0.00000624 satoshi in any given 24-hour period. Assuming you are like most people and don't have that much time on your hands your referrals can really help to bump up your earnings. Obviously, many of us work, and then we have to sleep, eat, do things with the family, and just in general do anything besides sit by your computer 24 hours a day and wait for the timer to let you know that you can use the faucet again. The referral program can be greatly profitable if you know how to impliment it. They also offer you 0.40% of your referral's wages, meaning anything they bet in the Hi-Lo game.
FreeBitco.in also doubles as a bitcoin wallet. Anytime you have a balance of 30,000 satoshi or 0.0003 btc they give you a compounded interest of 4.08% each year. They also give you a 25% referral commission on any interest earned by your referral's!
You can deposit any amount of satoshi at any given time into your FreeBitco.in but you need to have at least 30,000 satoshi or 0.0003 btc in your FreeBitco.in account in order to withdraw it from their wallet. There are a couple withdrawal options:

Overall, I like their faucet. It's reliable, been around a long time, and I've never heard of it not paying. There are some negatives though. If you are below 18 please keep in mind that even though it's a small element they do include gambling.
