Day 5. One of these is easier than I expected. The other isn't.

Still waiting on payday before I move any real money.

But I spent today actually opening both platforms and looking around. Not trading. Just watching.

Polymarket first. Honestly easier than I expected. It feels like a betting app you pick an outcome, you see the odds, you put money in. The interface doesn't try to confuse you. There are markets on everything right now. Politics, economics, crypto prices, sports. You can see exactly what percentage of people think something is going to happen and bet against them if you disagree.

That part I understood immediately. The hard part isn't the platform. The hard part is being right.

Hyperliquid is a different story.

The interface is clean but the concepts hit you all at once. Perpetuals, funding rates, liquidation prices, open interest. If you've never traded derivatives before it's a lot to process. I've been reading for an hour and I feel like I understand maybe 60% of it.

Which is fine. That's what the $10 is for. Not to get rich. To learn what I don't know yet.

The plan is still the same. Small size, low leverage, no rushing. But I'm not going to pretend I walked in knowing what I was doing.

Day 5. Studying. Not clicking yet.

Payday soon. Then we find out if the theory holds up.

NFA. Just someone figuring it out one day at a time.

I learned crypto the hard way. Now I write about what I wish someone had told me narratives, on-chain data, and how to think before you ape in. Anon. Always NFA.

Anon writer navigating the on-chain world. I learned crypto the hard way drained wallets, missed airdrops, fresh starts. I write what I wish someone had told me: security, narratives, and honest takes from someone still figuring it out. No hype. No shilling. Always NFA.
