It was announced recently that the crypto cousin of WallStreetBets, Satoshi Street Bets is launching it's own crypto currency and will award it's members tokens for upvotes and participation. The token will be called SatoshiSwap (SAS) which will serve as utility governance tokens for the Reddit group. It is also said that this token would be airdropped to the users of the decentralized exchanges Sushiswap and Uniswap although this part seems very unclear whether all users who have ever used these platforms will receive the airdrop or not. The token is set to launch sometime in February and since we're close to mid February anyways, it might very well be towards the end of the month till this is released.

Although this is a great development, the creator of the token still seems to be an unknown person and has not identified himself. A lot of people in the community are asking for him to identify himself to provide some genuinity and authenticity to the token.

It should be really interesting to see how this story develops. I will surely be keeping a watch of it and also try to be regular on that subreddit.
