Kraken now has a new way to buy, sell and convert crypto with the click of a button.

It's reachable through a very obvious "buy crypto" button at the top of the page.

And in all its glory it looks like this:

You just put in the amount of FIAT currency you want to spend and hit Buy. That's it. It's super easy to use and does exactly what you think it would. Pretty much self explanatory. You'll be able to see exactly what you’ll pay and receive on the confirmation page.

The sell and convert features are just as easy to use.

How is a simple function like this, that Coinbase already has, in any way exciting news?

Maybe it's not, but i came to like Kraken very much since starting in the crypto space and one thing i always had to say to my friends was, that it's not very beginner friendly. This has now changed and it's super easy for a beginner to buy into the crypto assets they desire, convert and sell without actually having to use the exchange functionality with market pairs or limit orders and such. It's literally Coinbase without the fees.

I'm now going to easily recommend Kraken to anyone that wants a smooth start into crypto with low fees and good service. I'd prefer this over Coinbase anytime.

This feature is currently only available for residents of Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Estonia and Cayman Islands. Support for more regions is coming soon.

If you are in one of the supported countries but can't see the button, you probably have to disable trading 2FA or the Global Settings Lock.
