With Christmas occupying most of my time to family and friends I was still able to sneak in a few tournaments. I could only play on my days off and this was one of those occasions. With the holidays today there were more than the usual tournaments and I took part in three of them. The following is my participation in those tournaments.
My First Tournament
I was out in the second round but priority of entering this tournament was to complete my daily quest, which was to win 1 tournament match. Lucky I beat my first opponent to complete the quest. Drawback was I immediately lost afterwards.
My Second Tournament
Went through first round without losing but second round was knocked out in three matches. I was simply out duel by a more experience player with a rating over 4000...
My Third Tournament
A special battle's tournament where I was able to reach up to round 4 before I bailed out. I lost the first match of round 4 and then lost my internet connection. By the time I established a connection I had already forfeited the match.
My Fourth Tournament
Had a good start with the first win but was out duel in the round overall. Nothing more to talk about after another first round defeat.
Conclusions...
I earned 50 Battles tokens and 50 DEC from receiving rewards in 1 out of 4 tournaments. At least I did not go home empty handed. Also had a couple of rewards collections and nothing more than commons. Still better than nothing.
