It's a pretty good question to make, but it work like anything in the Brave Browser Ecosystem, it's non intrusive and you get a notification that you have a sponsored image to check, your interaction to it depends only in your interest of engagement to it, as you can see on the images below!

After you see it, there will be a link embedded in the sponsored image, clicking on it will take you to the sponsors website, and it's done, you just earned your BAT reward!
