Hùng's homestay in Cần thơ

Can Tho We stayed at Hùng's homestay in Can Tho. The first night we had a cooking class on how to make Deep Fried Spring Rolls. The first few I did didn't look too good but I quickly got the hang of it. They were delicious!

The next morning Captain Hùng took us on a boat tour of the river.

People live and work on the river. Cần thơ has a thriving river market.

It was Tết (Lunar New Year) at the time so Hùng stopped at the city centre so we could see the decorations and stalls.

These are the river cruise boats that take tourists up and down the river.

Here you can take a lunch or dinner cruise and enjoy the sights oh Cần thơ river life.
