Exploring the hubs where multiple ships can land pay off sometimes. You can learn alot of words with all of the aliens around and also trade items with many space ship pilots.
While talking with one of those pilots I found a spaceship I could afford. So I got rid of my start craft with 16 slots and upgraded to one with 19 slots and some upgraded equipment. I took the plunge and made the purchase and took it for a ride. Seemed to handle just like my old one and I was glad to have more cargo space. Inventory slots running out is the biggest concern when exploring. I head out and search for more minerals or other goodies on the planet and find a body of water near by. Sometimes there are good things inside and worth exploring but this time around I kept going. Heading back to my base I bump into a mountain but glad it does not grab my ship like that antenna did awhile back. Still mad about having to restart due to getting my spaceship stuck on an antenna.. lol
Guess I need to get used to driving around this bigger spaceship. I land again and find some crystals to harvest and then move onto looking for more minerals to collect. A large dip made me think it was a cave from the air and I headed back to my ship realizing what I stopped for was not there. I also got the attention of a sentinel so quickly headed back to the ship. Just in time too as my thermal protection was falling and needed to recharge inside some shelter.
After getting back to the ship, I went through my inventory and moved items I did not need on my exosuit. Glad to have the extra space now with the newly purchased ship. Now I need to find a good multitool.
