RING PULLS FROM HELL 

Ah yes, another day of pushing myself far too hard during my workout. I've made it my personal goal to almost burn at least 200 calories from my workouts. Today I may have gone a bit overboard and hit the 450+ mark. (yes I am aware that these numbers might not be accurate, but at least I can report them to you guys since the game records them.

Today I pushed through quite a few different levels with a lot of different focuses as far as workouts and distances go. Also, I did engage in a lot of battles so I was earning quite a few titles and new moves. 

But if there was one exercise that stuck out today, it would be the Ring Pull. Basicsy for this exercise you just hold the Ring Con over your head with both hands and then pull away from each other. That wouldn't be so bad if the game didn't insist on you holding that lose for minutes at a time. The burning kicks in after the first 10 seconds and it's all just BAD BEANS from there. 

I'm thankful that the game is pushing me to do exercises that I normally wouldn't do. (let's face it, I wouldn't be exercising AT ALL if it wasn't for this game). But it sure does hurt the next day!

I think it might be fun to add some notable statistics to these posts so I am going to pick out some exercises and show the reps or time I spent on them. 

  • Jogging: 609 yards today, for a total of 32976 yards. 
  • Overhead Ring Pull: 223 seconds today, for a total of 405 seconds. 
  • Ring Press: 1448 reps today, for a total of 8345 reps. 
  • Abdominal Press & Twist: 328 reps today, for a total of 996 reps.
