The day was a mix of almost everything possible. Fog, sun, wind, rain, sleet, fun.
On our traditional afternoon family doggy forest walk I took this photo of our dogs against the western sun.
Late in the evening, it was time to run. I took an asphalt and flat route around our suburb. First in rain, then I had to be satisfied with pools and nothing else from the sky. In the last two miles, a strong wind arose. Minutes later sleet was pouring on me.
It was fun, really. Fortunately, with three degrees above zero, it wasn't cold. I was dressed well enough for the weather.
Look at the fairly constant pace. I wasn't checking it, just running. Call it an inner metronome if you like.
The map of the run. It's a rare drawing since I don't do this loop variation often.
All the physical activity data that I display is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.
