Gettysburg Ghost Hunt - Part I

I have been a visitor Gettysburg, PA on a handful of occasions. I've heard the stories of the haunted orphanage, soldiers still walking the battlefield, Jennie Wade, and even mass graves below a football field. They say there are so many spirits in the town because of the mass number of casualties suffered by both Union and Confederate armies.

So last night's ghost walk saw no spectres, no ghostly houls. But there were some creepy sights to say the least (depending on what gives you goosebumps).

So sorry if this post disappoints; I was myself too if it's any consolation. I really only went to the fringe of the battlefield and outside the hotel. The cicada was pretty spooky with its buzzing tones, until I realized it was just a bug.

I will be checking out some more sights and spots tonight and hope to post some grainy images of dust particles I can pass off for spirits. Or maybe I'll capture the real deal. Stay tuned.
