SE Digital specializes in the tokenization of assets and has announced that its first ICO will be launched next month. This will be a regulated ICO in full compliance with all necessary regulations. SE Digital focuses on the Asia-Pacific region and "as a subsidiary of Seamico Securities Public Company Limited, SE Digital is approved to operate as an ICO Portal by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand."
This way SE Digital can offer investment tokens that have potential in token value and additional passive income revenue, just like conventional assets. But at the same time, the tokenized aspect of the asset will increase reach, tradability, liquidity and offer extra options for secure storage of the assets.
Tokens will be issued on the Tezos blockchain.
"Issued on the Tezos blockchain, SE Digital investment tokens are based on a protocol specifically designed for capital efficiency, providing peace of mind that assets are built on the most robust framework the blockchain landscape has to offer."
Since these offerings will be taking place in a regulated environment, any potential investor will need to go through a KYC (Know Your Customer) check and a knowledge test to make sure one is qualified. After that the ICO portal can be accessed where one can discover more about the details of ICO's and STO's that are available currently or in the near future.
SE Digital offers what is expected in the new era of digitalized asset offerings. Registering an asset on a decentralized blockchain has more advantages besides making investing more accessible. There are huge advantages on the management side of the spectrum. Also legal processes will be cheaper. Just look at the KYC/AML process that is traditionally necessary for investments. These processes don't need to be repeated for every investment once registered on a platform like SE Digital. Registering on a platform that uses blockchain technology, can save some serious money on legal costs both for investors and for asset suppliers.
