Vichy regime in Ukrainian

The Russian 100-day economic plan for Ukraine. Ukraine will need Europe.

Moscow wants to turn Ukraine into something like Vichy France of the 1940s (Reference: The Vichy regime is an authoritarian regime of the fascist type that existed in France in 1940-1944. Formally, the Vichy regime was left with sovereignty over the "free zone" and the French colonies. In fact, the regime was under the strict control of Nazi Germany, with which it closely cooperated). The idea of occupying and turning Ukraine into a Russian satellite state resembling the Soviet Union was Moscow's plan from day one. Ironically, the 100-day plan prepared by Washington paves the way for such a development. The main economic premise is to provide Moscow with access to Ukraine's mineral wealth and at the same time open the doors to elections before the situation stabilizes, so free and fair elections will be in question. Ironically, this follows from Washington's reports, as Moscow is under intense pressure to hold early elections. Moscow's idea is to model Ukraine on what was historically Vichy France in the 1940s.

Vichy regime (France and Germany)

The information coming from Washington reveals the Russian economic plan and the overall geopolitical plan. Currently, there is what is happening behind the scenes in Moscow and what Washington intends to do. After the conclusion of the peace and immediately after the completion of part of the negotiations, Ukraine will receive one of the "carrots", like holding quick elections. The problem is that, as we know, Ukraine is a war-torn country under martial law, and under these conditions there is a law prohibiting elections in extreme circumstances. That's why Ukraine can't do it right at this time. The problem and reality here is that Russia will try to manipulate these elections with the help of propaganda, they will try to influence them, and their ultimate goal is to make it happen in Ukraine just as Germany annexed part of France in the 1940s, establishing the Vichy regime. And we don't hear Moscow objecting to the negotiations, we hear from Washington how the idea of a peace agreement is being promoted and spread. Oh, yes, we need democracy. The world needs democratic states to deal with. But if Washington really wants to be fair, why not also demand free democratic elections in Russia? There is a real threat that there will be a change of leadership in Kiev, Ukraine will be annexed by Moscow, like the Vichy regime, and the United States will quietly extract minerals from the depths of Donbass. And when the United States talks about a truce and holding immediate elections in Ukraine, it means that Washington gives Moscow number one, and number two is the creation of a Vichy Ukraine. And in Ukraine, it's all about politics now. Alas, they have no education in philosophy or history, they have no education in natural sciences, in general they have a military education or at least a business education. Often, a scientific discipline, at least a philosophical discipline, gives you an idea of objectivity, because even when I write my publications, I have to be objective enough and say, you know, they potentially have flaws, and I have to see this in both cases, both advantages and disadvantages necessarily. But politicians do not adhere to such standards, and I would not guarantee that they have studied classical philosophy, are aware of justice, and they are unlikely to have deep knowledge of history, in particular the history of Russia. I'll give you an analogy. Imagine that you live in a hut in the subtropics and the rainy season has begun. There has been an invasion of snakes on your porch and in the surrounding area around your house, which are even trying to enter your house. They are attracted to the smell, they are attracted to the chickens living in your household, and you have two options. You're in your sandals and a pink flamingo shirt, trying to negotiate with the snakes or trying to get rid of them, which you do, and in turn the snakes squirm and try to sting you. And now I don't want to talk specifically about people, about the Russian people, I'm not talking about anyone, but I'm talking about a special geopolitical mentality that is inherent in the whole world. Washington thinks it is making a deal at arm's length, it is going to negotiate, be a little tough, try to meet halfway, but Washington does not understand that it is dealing with a mentality, with a geopolitical mindset, and not with an individual. There may be no weapons in your hut, only a longbow, and snakes have thick skins, but you know the obvious conclusion about what to do with snakes around your hut before they get to you. Therefore, the main geopolitical idea is to strike or retreat. And from experience, living in a hut, you know that snakes retreat only when they are injured. Right now, the Russian economy is deeply wounded, high interest rates, business profits are falling, real GDP is declining, the financial component is declining, the standard of living is declining, you have all the signs that the economy is extremely weak right now. And I'm not going to delve into the situation in Russia at the moment in this publication, but that's why Washington shouldn't tell Russia.: "Go home"? Russia's strategy is to strike or retreat. And why not just help Ukraine with the money of the oligarchs? Just give them to Ukraine and let Ukraine do its job. That sounds fair enough. Currently, Moscow's strategy is a Vichy regime Ukraine. And this is confirmed by information coming from Washington, which is calling for democratic elections immediately after the negotiations, when Ukraine is still under martial law. And we know from historical experience that Russia has a very effective influence on people's minds. There are not many good things in the Soviet Union, but the only thing they did well was to eradicate religion. And I'm not a religious person, but they did it very effectively under the USSR. And to be able to do this to an entire population, they had to know what they were doing. The current administration in Moscow is even more effective. And when I talk to some young guys and girls, I see how they don't realize how they are being influenced. They are being propagandized, they are moving in a different direction than they should be moving in, so Russia may well achieve an analogue of the Vichy regime in Ukraine, and the next step will be to extract mineral resources from the bowels of Ukraine until it bleeds out. The type of language that comes from Washington is desperation. If you have all the cards in your hand, you don't need to buy anything, you can just leave like a strong person, then you have peace of mind, not despair, and you can take a higher position. But I'm not sure if anyone in Washington has the time for that. They want to change the president, they want to do it in a way that undermines peace. I stand for making the world a better place, for democracy and justice, and for human rights. But I would not like Ukraine to be on my border. Because in this case, the Baltic States may be the next step. Nevertheless, in any case, there is hope that Empires will not last forever. Whatever happened to Rome, you know it's ruins, whatever happened to the Byzantines, whatever happened to the Mesopotamians, whatever deceptions were going on, whether it was in Japan or Germany, whether it was the desire to destroy Native Americans in America, but over time, all these Empires are falling apart. and the mind becomes free. So let's hope so.

Occupation regime

Russia proved the effectiveness of democracy when three million people voted with their feet. More than three million people left Russia in 2022.

Morality is the basis of political thought. People in the legislative bodies of any country should be able to distinguish good from evil.

Modern politicians are not only influenced by Machiavelli, but they are also short-sighted. They need to look good every four years to move up the career ladder. Demanding free and fair elections in Russia, Belarus, Georgia, etc. would be an excellent start to proper negotiations.

All I see in the United States are far from satisfactory measures: transactional messages, vested interests, lack of signs of a "big stick" and lack of understanding of the neo-imperial ambitions of the current Russian state towards its neighbors. Nevertheless, in Europe, especially the Scandinavian countries, I am sure I understand and know what is really at stake.
